In order to speed up the registration process this year, all forms that require a signature, with the excpetion of the notarized ASP Release, will be signed online during this registration process. Please note that document uploads for items such as health card copies will still be needed at the end of online registration and can be done in the myASP Portal. If you object or take issue with online signatures, please stop this registration process and contact and admin promptly.
Returning this year, your $100 deposit will NOT count towards your trip (it is an additional cost). However, should you attend the trip, the $100 amount will be refunded as a stipend for the trip. Whatever you don't spend is your's to keep. If you don't attend the trip, your deposit will not be refunded. Because of this, you must pay the deposit yourself. Acolytes and fundraisers may NOT be used as part of your deposit.You are required to pay your deposit during online registration. You must pay it by debit or credit card. You cannot skip this portion or registration. Please direct questions to an admin.
Returning this year, all volunteers will be required to enter a credit or debit card that will be kept securely on file via an independent 3rd party. This move is to ensure timely payments by all volunteers and that all volunteers have fully paid for the trip. Your card will not be charged upon entering, but may be charged in the future should you miss payment deadlines. By registering, you are committing to the financial obligations of this trip. WARNING: If you do not have a card to put on file or are currently unable to meet the financial obligations of this trip, DO NOT REGISTER. This policy will be review later during registration.
